West Monroe Partners

We first worked with West Monroe Partners to create a video explaining what leadership at their organization is all about. The script we developed with them was rich with outdoorsy imagery – a fun change of pace for us. We created a colorful visual style for the video to reflect the culture at West Monroe.

A year later, the team came back to us with the goal of clearly explaining their employee stock ownership plan. We continued the style from the first animation, and many of the themes and visuals to create a consistent universe for West Monroe Partners. And it was truly a team effort – the voiceover was recorded by one of West Monroe’s very own.
