Sometimes companies have complex processes that need to be communicated to lots of people. That’s no easy task, but our illustrations are the perfect solution. HID Global approached us to create this internal illustration that would be used as a tool to assist their Digital Customer Experience program. The illustration, presented with a vocal overlay, showcases what their customer journey looks like today and the system connectivity required to achieve their goals. Employees can visualize the move from isolation to integration between and among front-end tools, as well as back-end applications.
